This is your opportunity to meet some of the leading human rights activists of our generation. Join us at Harvard University to hear from NBA star and Turkish dissident Enes Kanter, Venezuelan violinist and revolutionary icon Wuilly Arteaga, nonviolent resistance expert and Albert Einstein Institution executive director Jamila Raqib, Syrian citizen journalist Abdalaziz Alhamza, and human rights activist Ti-Anna Wang, who was recently deported from Beijing after traveling there to see her father, Wang Bingzhang, China’s most prominent jailed human rights activist. Before the speakers take the stage, you will have the opportunity to hear an introduction from Harvard professor and best-selling author Steven Pinker.
The College Freedom Forum in Boston is free and open to the public and will begin promptly at 5:30 pm at The Harvard University Science Center, Hall B. Speaker talks will be followed by a question and answer session with the audience. Food and refreshments will be provided.
